Business Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and with at least 2 blank pages for the visa stamping along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled and signed visa application form
3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5.   Invitation letter from Belize host / Inviting Company stating the applicant’s name, purpose & duration of stay in Belize. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation.
6.   Latest original personal bank statement for the last 6 months dually signed and stamped by the bank and ITR of last two years
7.   Return air ticket and accomodation confirmation

If Self Employed / Business

1.   Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)
2.   Company’s latest bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last three years

If Employed / Service person

1.   No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel
2.   Salary slip for the last three months / salary certificate from the Employer

Please note :

1.   The covering letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name, designation and addressed to “The Visa Officer, Consulate of Belize”, New Delhi
2.   The travel date mentioned in the form should match with the dates mentioned in ticket.
3.   Authorization letter authorizing Mr. Ranjeet Singh / Mr. Dheeraj / Mr. Yogender from the Sakkarwal Travels Pvt Ltd to submit and collect the documents on their behalf
4.   If applicant is holding a valid US multiple entry visa or has US permanent residency, the visa fees applicable will be INR 4500
