Tourist Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and minimum 2 blank pages for the visa stamping along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled, documents uploaded and signed online visa application forms at https://nuevadelhi.consulado.gov.co/en/procedures_services/visas/visa-online-request
3.   3 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5.   Latest original personal bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of last three years
6.   Confirm return air ticket with the ticket number
7.   Hotel booking reservation voucher and day to day itinerary
8.   Authority Letter is required on a stamp paper authorizing Ranjeet Singh / Dheeraj  for submission and collection of the passport from the embassy

If Self Employed / Business

1.   Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)
2.   Company’s latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of last three years

If Employed / Service person

1.   No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel
2.   Salary slip for the last three months / salary certificate from the Employer

Please note :

1.   The covering letter and Invitation letter should be signed by the blue pen and addressed to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of Colombia, New Delhi”
2.   It is advisable for applicants to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel
3.   After doing the online processing, we will receive a pre-approval mail. The documents will be submitted to embassy along with the pre-approval mail post payment of embassy processing fee. Once the embassy checks the documents and finds them in order, they will send the final approval mail post which the passport has to be submitted in embassy for stamping along with the visa fees
4. Indian nationals do not require Colombian Visa for stay up to 90 days provided they must have a valid schengen or US visa except Transit Visa
