Business Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   2 completely filled and signed visa application form
3.   4 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering letter on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
5.   Original Invitation letter from Congolese host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation,  Legalize (authentic) Patent letter or Licence of tax proof document of Invitee company
6.   Declaration-letter from the Invitee company in the Embassy’s format
7.   Latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months
8.   Return air ticket
9.   Yellow fever certificate

Please note :

1.   The passport must have atleast 2 blank pages
2.   Covering and the Invitation letter should be address to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Congo, New Delhi”
