Business Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and minimum 2 blank pages for the visa stamping along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled and signed visa application form
3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel dually signed and stamped by the company
5.   Invitation letter from Inviting Company on its letter head with its complete address and contact details
6.   Original personal bank statement for last 6 months
7.   Original yellow fever certificate
8.   Return air ticket itinerary

1.   The covering letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation and addressed to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of The Republic of Burundi”, New Delh
