1.   Copy of the passport’s details pages with a minimum validity of atleast 6 months from the date of intended travel
2.   Copy of the observation page and previous Myanmar Visa (if any)
3.   1 passport size white background photographs with face close up
4.   Invitation letter in the attached format (if business visa)
5.   Inviting company registration certificate front and back page copy both (if business visa)
6.   Return air ticket and hotel reservation voucher
