Visitor Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled and signed online visa application form at www.portal.immigration.gov.ng 
3.   Payment acknowledgment slip and visa payment slip copies (if the online payment is processed)
4.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
5.   Covering letter on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
6.   Invitation letter with the complete address, contact details and with the authorized signatory’s name and designation from the counter part in Nigeria
7.   Passport and valid residence permit copy of the authorized signatory of Invitation letter
8.   Passport and valid residence permit copy of the inviting person in Nigeria
9.   Nigerian company’s registration certificate copy
10.   Latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months
11.   Return air ticket

Please note :

1.   Applicant/s bio-metrics is required and they needs to come in person to the OIS center for the same in Delhi or Mumbai
2.   Covering and the Invitation letter should be address to “The Visa Officer, Nigerian High Commisson, New Delhi”
3.   Invitation letter should state that “We confirm that we will provide accommodation and all logistic support, as well as undertake full immigration responsibilities whilst in Nigeria, ensuring that he/she leaves the country on completion of the visit”
4.   Urgent processing and multiple entry visa processing services are available on requirement
5.   Other than INR, the payment processed from the card is charged together with the 3.5 % Foreign Currency Markup Fee (FCY) and GST on the FCY

STR Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)

3.   Payment acknowledgment slip and visa payment slip copies (if the online payment is processed)
4.   4 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
5.   Covering letter stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
6.   Invitation letter with the complete address, contact details and with the authorized signatory’s name and designation from the counter part in Nigeria
7.   Passport and valid residence permit copy of the authorized signatory of Invitation letter
8.   Valid quota approval letter of the Nigerian company from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Nigeria
9.   Nigerian company’s registration certificate copy
10.   Job acceptance letter from the applicants
11.   Terms and conditions letter for the employment from the Nigeria or the employment contract copy between the applicant and the employer
12.   Original Educational certificates of applicant attested from the HRD and MEA
13.   Resume of the applicant
14.   Latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months
15.   one way air ticket

5.   Covering letter stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
6.   Invitation letter with the complete address, contact details and with the authorized signatory’s name and designation from the counter part in Nigeria
7.   Passport and valid residence permit copy of the authorized signatory of Invitation letter
8.   Original approval letter from the immigration department in Nigeria (cable letter)
9.   Nigerian company’s registration certificate copy
10.   Latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months
11.   Return way air ticket
