Business Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   2 set of completely filled and signed visa application forms
3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5.   Invitation letter addressing the Uganda High Commission, New Delhi on their company’s letter head with the authorized signatory’s name and designation
6.   Passport and valid residence permit copy of the authorized signatory of Invitation letter
7.   Original personal bank statement with minimum balance of Rs. 80000 / per person of last six months with banks seal and stamp
8.   Return air ticket
9.   Original yellow fever certificate

Immigration Department Uganda   

Evisa Application common documents for the below mentioned category :

1.   Copy of the passport’s details pages with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of intended travel
2.   Copy of the observation page and previous Uganda Visa (if any)
3.   1 passport size white background photographs with face close up
4.   Covering letter on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel from the applicant

If Tourist Visa 

1.   Return air ticket and hotel reservation voucher
2.   Day to day itinerary

If Business Visa

1.   Invitation letter with the complete address and contact details of the inviting company
2.   Recommendation letters from 2 referees in Uganda

If Transit Visa

1.   Valid visa for the final destination
