Business Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and atleast 2 blank pages along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled and signed visa application form
3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel and addressed to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of Burkina Faso, New Delhi”
5.   Original Invitation letter from Burkina Faso host / Inviting Company, which should be attested by Immigration and faxed directly to the Embassy and a copy of the same along with the visa application
6.   Recommendation letter from the chamber of commerce, India
7.   Indian company’ brief profile on its letter head
8.   Original latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months dually signed and stamped by the bank
9.   Return air ticket itinerary
10.   Original yellow fever certificate

Please note :

1.   Yellow fever certificate is required at the time of travel
2.   It is recommended to have Cholera Inoculation & Cholera Vaccination
