Business Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   2 completely filled and signed visa application form
3.   4 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering letter on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
5.   Original te Invitation letter with the complete address and the contact details of the inviting organization based in DRC attested by the General Directorate of Immigrations (DGM)
6.   Latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months
7.   Return air ticket
8.   Yellow fever certificate

Please note :

1.   The passport must have atleast 2 blank pages
2.   Covering and the Invitation letter should be address to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Congo, New Delhi”
3.   Visa applications submitted at the Embassy will be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MINAFFECI), DR Congo for approval. Post approval from MINAFFECI, the visa applications will be processed
