Tourist Visa Application Details :

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel
2.   Completely filled and signed visa application forms
3.   3 passport size white background photographs with 60 % face area and complete shoulder of the applicant
4.   Confirmed return air ticket with the ticket number
5.   In case of first time travelling outside the country or new passport with no prior travel stamps, submit 3 months recent bank statement with original endorsement from bank

Please note :

1.   Applicants with passport not issued from North and East India need to submit at least one of the address proof of North and East India

30 Days Evisa Application Details :

1.   Copy of the passport’s first, last page and observation page (if any)
2.   1 passport size white background photographs with 60 % face area and complete shoulder of the applicant

4.   Hotel reservation voucher

Please note:

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of intended travel
• eVISA offers Multiple-Entry Visa (MEV) to Indian Nationals for a multiple journey into Malaysia with up to a maximum of 30 days for each visit with no extensions allowed.

Please note :

1. This Visa Waiver Program is effective for one year from 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2019
2. Indian Nationals who are interested to utilize the Visa Waiver Program must register themselves with the Electronic Travel Registration & Information (eNTRI) System either personally or through a travel agency.
3. After the applicant has successfully registered for eNTRI, the applicant must show printed or digital eNTRI Note upon arrival in Malaysia.
4. An eNTRI Note is only valid for a single journey to Malaysia for a maximum of fifteen days (15) each entry without any extension of the period.
5. Applicants must travel to Malaysia within 90 DAYS after they have successfully obtained an eNTRI Note.
6. Applicants residing inside India are only permitted to enter Malaysia and exit Malaysia via the following Entry/Exit points: By Air All authorized Malaysian air entry and exit points by the Department of Immigration, Malaysia.
