Mozambique Visa Requirements

Business Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled and signed visa application form
3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letterhead stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
5.   Invitation letter with the complete address and the contact details from the counterpart in Mozambique must be attested by the Immigration Department
6.   ID copy of the authorized signatory of Invitation letter
7.   Inviting company’s registration certificate copy (ALVARA)
8.   Tax paper of the Inviting company for the latest year (IRPS)
9.   Return air ticket
10.   Yellow fever certificate is mandatory

Please note :

1.   The Visa forms should be collected from the High Commission of Mozambique in original
2.   Yellow fever inoculation certificate is required if the Journey to Namibia entails passing through the Yellow fever Areas of Africa / South America / Central America.
