Business Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled and signed online visa application form at https://evisa.mfa.uz/evisa_en/
3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Telex apploval number issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan
5.   Return air ticket

1.   Online form filling charges is INR 300/- is applicable
