Tourist Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   3 Completely filled and signed visa application form
3.   3 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
5.   Hotel reservation voucher with the confirmation number from the tour operator in Zambia
6.   Day to day itinerary and return air ticket itinerary
7.   Original yellow fever certificate
8.   Latest personal bank statement of last 3 months / International credit card copy
