Itinerary

Day 1Hanoi arrival – Half day city tour

Upon arrival pick up and transfer to the hotel for check in.Then take half day city tour with the main sightseeing in the town with:
– Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex
– Temple of Literature
– Hanoi Old Quarter – Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son temple (visit outside)
Have dinner at local restaurant.Overnight in Hanoi

Day 2Hanoi – Halong Bay

Post breakfast, you will be transferred to Halong Bay -“Descending dragon” bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival,
embark on a boat to cruise into Halong Bay. Discover the magnificent beauty of this“Descending-dragon” bay, created by
thousands odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. After a lunch on board, we can visit the grotto, stop for swimming or
kayaking, passing floating villages and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close distance.Back to the boat for dinner late
afternoon.Evening attend activities on the boat or relax at your own leisure.Overnight on cruise

Day 3Halong Bay – Hanoi

Early birds can attend a Tai Chi demonstration on the sundeck at the break of dawn. Start the day enjoying some delights with a light breakfast and follow by a colorful brunch.. Continue exploring Halong Bay sailing across its 2000 islets and visiting some of its major highlights.Transfer back to Hanoi.Have dinner at local restaurant.Stay overnight in Hanoi

Day 4Hanoi – fly to Sai Gon – Cu Chi Tunnel

Breakfast at hotel then transfer to the airport for taking flight departure.Tan Son Nhat airport arrival, meet your guide and driver then proceed to Cu Chi Tunnel. we will travel for about 70km to the northwest of Saigon for a half-day tour of Cu Chi Tunnels – a vast underground defending system of Viet Cong during Vietnam War, which housed up to 10,000 people. The tunnels were
constructed with hospitals, living rooms, kitchens,storage…and working areas also in an approximate length of 250km.The remaining tunnels, nowadays, are a must-see destination for tourists who come to Vietnam to get a view of the underground life during the war time. You can also join a shooting trial using an AK47 or MK16 with separate fees.Back to Sai gon to have dinner.Overnight in Sai Gon

Day 5Sai Gon - Mekong (My Tho) - Sai Gon

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then get on an outskirt day trip to the Mekong Delta, the world’s largest delta.Arrive in My Tho City,capital of Tien Giang Province,board a boat and navigate through intricate canals while observing the local daily life up close as well as the landscape of waterways and lush islands. Land on Thoi Son Island for a stop then continue visiting households with traditional occupations of home-based coconut candy making. Switch back to the boat to go to a bee farm to enjoy fresh honey tea and fresh fruits. Get on a horse-riding cart to reach further village. On the way back, stop to visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, a prominent local Buddhist structure built in 1850 with a unique architectural mixture of Vietnamese.Arrival Sai Gon, if time permits, will stroll around City Hall, Grand Theatre, Notre Dame Cathedral and Center Post Office. Free shopping at Ben Thanh market.Overnight in Saigon.

Day 6Departure

Breakfast at hotel then start the tour with the Reunification Palace – the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until April 1975. Then we visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and the City Post Office. Your time is free at Ben Thanh market then transfer to airport to get the departure flight. End of service.
