Azerbaijan Visa Requirements

Business Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and minimum 2 blank pages for the visa stamping along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Completely filled and signed visa application form
3.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4.   Covering-letter from the applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit, duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, New Delhi”
5.   Original Invitation letter from the Inviting company / firm of Azerbaijan on their company letter head along with all the relevant details of the candidates written in AZERI language only
6.   Copy of the registration certificate of the inviting company / firm of Azerbaijan
7.   Approval letter from Ministry of External Affains, Azerbaijan with Reference no
8.   Original personal bank statement last six months and income tax last three years
9.   Overseas travel insurrance and return air ticket (with matching dates)
10.   Original HIV Test Certificate from Authorized Doctor of the Embassy
11.   Notarized authority letter either on plain paper or company’s letter head authorizing Mr. Ranjeet Singh / Mr. Yogendder / Mr. Dheeraj from Sakkarwal Travels Pvt Ltd to submit & collect the documents.

Tourist E Visa Application Details:

1.   Copy of the passport’s first and last page
2.   Copy of the observation page (if any)
3.   Hotel Voucher/ Invitee person details with the address of Azerbaijan
4.   Return air ticket itinerary
